1. Inquiry
You can inquire about our expeditions and trekking packages through WhatsAPP, WeChat or Email showing on the website and fill in the application form provided, afterwards one of our expert team members will review your request and reply to you as soon as possible.
With proper consultation with our expert,you can book the adventure you are interested in. We don't charge any kind of fee for a consultation.
2. Booking
After confirming to join our expedition or trekking, you are required to book a trip usually 1 month before the start of the trip to ensure maximum safety and satisfaction of the clients. In some extra cases,we also accept late bookings.
You need to send us a copy of your passport after booking confirmation. Also, around 20% of the total cost should be deposited during the time of booking or the amount that has been agreed during the correspondence has to be deposited as an advance.
Further, you will also be required to fill out a online participation form which is provided to you individually in the correspondence.
3. Payment
After the confirmation of your booking, the client must make deposit at least 20% the total amount before a month of arrival or the amount that has been agreed upon during the correspondence. And the remaining final payment must be paid after you arrive in China. The payment could be in any form whether it be cash or Alipay, PayPal, bank transfer.
All bank charges or any wire transfer charges will be yours (for the final payment), we don't charge any extra amount for the money transferred. Make sure to transfer the money to the account details provided during the correspondence.
